As confirmation of booking an apartment, it is necessary to make an advance payment in the amount of the cost of one day.

Upon cancellation of the reservation, the prepayment is not refundable.

If there is no prepayment, the settlement is not guaranteed.

The company reserves the right to replace the apartment with a similar one or a class higher in case of force majeure.

At the same time, the cost of living is saved. In the event of a customer’s refusal to replace, the deposit and deposit are refunded in full.

Payment for accommodation must be made by the client no later than on the day of arrival in full, taking into account the deposit.

Possible payment methods:

For stays of up to 10 days all utility bills are included in the price.

For stays of more than 10 days, the client pays for electricity according to the current tariffs.

For an early check-in (before 14:00) or a late check-out (later than 12:00) an extra charge is provided, the size of which is set by the manager.

The deposit by the client of a violation of the rules of residence and the preservation of property is mandatory.

In case of violation of the living conditions or damage to the property of the company, the pledge may be fully or partially withheld.

Subject to the rules of residence and the preservation of property, the deposit will be refunded in full after the apartment is received by the company employee.

The size of the deposit depends on the class of the apartment and is at least 300 UAH.

The standard check-in time is after 14:00.

Check-in time must be reported to the manager no later than 24 hours.

The apartment is provided exclusively for living. The concept of 'residence' excludes any noisy events that may cause disturbance to neighbors and disrupt public order, as well as damage to property in a rented apartment. In case of violation of this clause, the company reserves the right to immediately evict you without refund of your room or security deposit.

The client is fully liable for the actions of third parties who are in the apartment.

Smoking in the apartment (including a hookah) is prohibited.

No more people are allowed than indicated when booking.

Pets are allowed only with the permission of the manager and with an additional deposit.

When staying more than 10 days, the company without fail (regardless of the needs of the client) carries out free routine cleaning in the apartment, no more than 1 time per week. Cleaning time is agreed with the client.

Information on a possible extension must be reported to the manager in advance when booking the apartment. In this case, the client has a priority right to stay in the apartment when renewing. In other cases, moving to another apartment or refusal (in the absence of free apartments) is possible.

In case of early departure, the client must notify the manager no later than one day before the eviction. The amount of payment in this case can be recalculated based on a different cost for a smaller number of days and money is deducted in the amount of the cost of the day.

Standard check-out time is until 12:00.

The client must inform the company manager of the check-out time no later than one day

When leaving, the apartment must be handed over to the company employee, who must make sure that there is no damage.

Taxes and fees

According to Art. 26 'On local self-government' The Kharkov city council adopted a decision 'On local taxes and fees', according to which for 1 person for one day of stay for domestic tourism it is necessary to pay 23.62 UAH; for outbound tourism, the amount of the tourist tax is 94.46 UAH per 1 night of accommodation per person. The tourist tax is held by the landlord from the tourist at the time of arrival.
